1. The camera cannot be turned on
A: Please make sure the battery has enough power. You can use USB cable charge or exchange another battery.
2. The camera cannot take photos or videos.
A: Please make sure your use the right speed Micro SD card and format it on the camera before use. The real 4k camera can support U3 or above speed memory card. While interpolated 4K /1080P will support C10 or above speed memory card.
3. Do you have a firmware for the camera?
A: Usually we do not advise you to upgrade the camera. But if you really need it, please contact the retailer directly and they will check if there is a new version.
4. How to format the SD card in the camera?
A: To keep your micro SD card in good condition, reformat it on a regular basis. Reformatting erases all of your content, so be sure to offload your photos and videos first.
To reformat your card, tap the setting icon to enter the camera settings and find the format card, then Cancel/Confirm
5. How to switch Between Front Screen and Touch Screen if it is dual screen?
A: Press and hold the Mode button to switch between the front screen and the touchscreen camera view. You can’t switch between the screens while the video is recording.
Note: The front screen is for display only and does not support touch screen operation
6. How can I can know if this camera is water resistant?
If we marked with body waterproof, then you do not need use waterproof to use underwater. The waterproof meters is marked on the package. Please make sure the battery covers and USB ports cover have been tightly closed. You can also use the waterproof case. Please properly check and handle the waterproof case before use.
1. Camera cannot take photo properly
A: 1. Please check if remove the PIR protected film or not; 2.Please also check the installation position is better.
2. Do not turn on
A: Please check and invert the battery or replace with the new battery
3. No pictures inside the SD card
A: Change and format the SD card, and check if the card can take photo and record properly.
4. No photos or video at night
A: Replace with the new battery since the old battery voltage is too low.
5. WiFi Not connection
A: Make sure the camera is ON. Make sure the camera is close to your mobile phone Change battery if the power is low. WiFi cannot be connected if power is low
